All MouseMesh® products are now covered by a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee, covering defects in materials or manufacturing under normal use.
To be eligible:
- The product must be installed correctly according to our fitting instructions.
- It must not be vandalised, misused, or modified.
- The product must be registered on our website within 30 days of purchase. Register your products here.
The guarantee applies to all customers, whether the product was purchased directly from MouseMesh® or via a third-party stockist.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation
- Wear and tear from chemicals or physical force
- Accidental damage, third-party repairs, or environmental impact
To activate the guarantee, the customer will complete a short online registration form.
